But oh sooooo mmmmmm! For a 7:15 bus pick up on travel day to Philly, A sausage, egg and cheese on a bisquit was the perfect breakfast! The bisquit was soft, crumbly and warm and hit the spot!

Not Exactly Fine Dining!

After rehearsal, a small group of us were hungry and decided to go to Chick Fill-A but it was closed. We then headed out of the hotel to the nearest Bojangles which was also closed. I then remembered passing by a Soul Food place a block away called Mert's and we headed there.

The staff was very welcoming!

Crispy Fried Chicken, Rice and Red Bean. The chicken was so moist, crispy and well seasoned. And the macaroni and cheese was rich and creamy with a baked, brown crust.
